It is very important to us that our customers are happy with our products and we will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problem that may arise. But in order to be clear and fair, we have put together some helpful guidelines.

Turnaround times
Mobiles are usually dispatched 10 days after your order has been received and accepted.
We will email you once your piece has been posted.

Refunds
As our pieces are made-to-order we cannot offer refunds on purchases if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue please send us an image and a description of the issue so we can work with you to find the best solution.

Sale Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased on sale. There are no returns or exchanges on any samples or seconds items.

International and Domestic Shipping
We offer International and Domestic shipping. We post items from our Melbourne workshop approximately 10 days after your order has been accepted. Stockist order shipping is calculated per order and quoted individually. 

Please Note: Any additional charges such as local taxes or customs fees that your country may apply are not included. We do not accept responsibility for international taxes or fees. If you do not pay any applicable country taxes or fees your items will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges will need to be paid in order for us to resend your purchase.

Tracking
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders
All orders placed with Fellows Mobiles are subject to acceptance and material availability. All Fellows Mobiles products are made-to-order.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Full payment is required when purchasing our products via our online store. Fellows Mobiles accept payment using PayPal which accepts credit and debit card payments.
