International Shipping

UPDATE September 2020 – International shipping during the Coronavirus Pandemic:

We are taking International orders and working as quickly as possible to get your order to you, but please be aware that Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Please visit their Coronavirus International Updates page to view estimated delivery times for Standard parcel post to your postal zone. We’re here for you with any questions, please email us.

Please Note: Any additional charges such as local taxes or customs fees that your country may apply are not included. We do not accept responsibility for international taxes or fees. If you do not pay any applicable country taxes or fees your items will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges will need to be paid in order for us to resend your purchase.

Tracking
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

We offer International and Domestic shipping via Australia Post. We dispatch items from our Melbourne workshop approximately 10 days after your order has been accepted. We recommend using Australia Post Calculator to estimate delivery times to your address. Wholesale order delivery costs are quoted individually.

Refunds and returns

As our pieces are made-to-order we cannot offer refunds on purchases if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue please send us an image and a description of the issue so we can work with you to find the best solution. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible. 

We create handmade products and so variation in finish and form is inevitable. If you receive an item from us that is faulty or not as described, bring this to our attention within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can take steps to rectify the issue. Please contact hello@fellowsmobiles.com for details about returning the item.

Sale Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased on sale. There are no returns or exchanges on any samples or seconds items.
